CCT provides free access to information on clinical trials from all countries in the world and across all areas of health.

Clinical-trials database that gathers data from approximately 200 databases in the United States.
This registry contains around 430,000 published reports (as of March 2005) from clinical trials.

EudraCT is a database that makes it possible to register clinical trials carried out within the European Union starting on or after May 1, 2004. This database has been designed in adherence of the 2001/20/EC directive.

- Registros Australiano y Neozelandés de Ensayos Clínicos
Headquartered in the NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre within New Zealand universities, the registry contains some 8000 clinical trials.
- International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA)
The International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (IFPMA) provides this service on behalf of its member companies and associations. The portal was designed to be a single point of access providing comprehensive information regarding ongoing pharma-sponsored clinical trials (registry) or results from trials that have been completed (database).
