The Quirónsalud corporate Contact Center handles appointment scheduling for patients by managing all doctors' schedules in centralized fashion. This multichannel, multilingual service ensures comprehensive care that meets the needs of all patients. The service currently has a staff of over 250 professionals, including in-house team members devoted exclusively to channels for remote health care. The team now has two locations: Barcelona and Madrid.

This project is central to the strategy of the Quirónsalud group, which is also designing other lines of remote care to add value for patients.
