El Dr. Lluís Castells recibió su formación en Medicina Interna en el Hospital de la Vall d´Hebron de Barcelona, centrando su interés en la Hepatología y especialmente en el manejo del paciente cirrótico y de sus complicaciones, del tratamiento del paciente con carcinoma hepatocelular, así como en el manejo de las complicaciones del paciente portador de trasplante hepático.

En el Hospital Quirónsalud Barcelona, donde ejerce desde el año 1999, realiza una actividad más general en Medicina Interna.

Dr. Lluís Castells received his training in Internal Medicine at the Vall d'Hebron Hospital in Barcelona, focusing his interest in Hepatology and especially in the management of cirrhotic patients and their complications, in the treatment of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, as well as in the management of the complications of the liver transplant patient.
