Once they have performed a thorough assessment of your medical history, our specialists will issue their clinical diagnosis, propose a personalized treatment plan, and include possible alternatives.

If you wish, we can also contact your doctor to draft a coordinated treatment plan for you.

The cost of a second opinion is €500 and includes a study of your medical history, clinical diagnosis, proposals and alternative treatments, as well as recommendations on the most appropriate health centers that our medical staff believe can offer you the most complete guarantees.

If you require an evaluation of your pathology results, this has an additional cost of €225.

If you need your radiology studies to be evaluated, the additional cost is €225.

Payment must be made at the time you request your second opinion. You will receive an invoice within 7 days of receipt of payment.

This is a strictly private service, and if you have medical coverage you will have to make contact and arrangements with your provider yourself.

  • Step 1: Gather your medical records and any other relevant information

Please refer to the "List of documents for requesting a second opinion". If necessary, go over this information with someone who is knowledgeable about these matters, such as a physician or nurse, and make a selection of the reports they feel are appropriate. Include color photos that are clear and can be easily viewed.

Once your documents have been selected, you can scan these and send them via email. You should also send these via post.

  • Step 2: Fill out the request form

Fill out the online "Request form" (complete form). Once you have competed this, print it out and save a copy.

  • Step 3: Fill out the form about your medical history

Fill out the online "Medical history form." Once you have competed this, print it out and save a copy.

  • Step 4: Fill out the legal terms form (data protection and waiver)

Read the "Legal terms form" carefully. Fill it out completely. Once you have completed it, print it out, sign and date it, and save a copy.

  • Step 5: Fill out the payment authorization form

Fill out the online "Payment authorization form." Once you have completed this, print it out, sign it, and save a copy.

  • Step 6: Send us your (filled-out) documents

You will be notified in case of any incident so you may remedy this situation. Under no circumstances will you receive a second opinion before receipt of payment.
