Hospital Quironsalud Costa Adeje has made available to all of the population of the Canaries a video consultation service with the aim of giving answers to patients health problems, while avoiding unnecessary displacements.

For this, in addition of organizing the schedule of the specialists of the hospital so they can attend their patients by telephone, the hospital has launched all the technological infrastructure necessary to activate video consultations with all the necessary security information and privacy protection requirements.

This way, and although it is possible to continue making appointments through the Patient Portal, the hospital has also enabled a telephone number (822 141 837) on which all the people worried about any aspects related to their health, not related with COVID-19, can make an appointment with the specialist needed.

In addition, the management of Quirónsalud Costa Adeje reminds you that the hospital is still attending face-to-face consultations in urgent cases o that need it, according to medical criteria.

It is also worth pointing out that the Emergency service is working as normal: 365 days, 24 hours; to attend the healt problems that can´t wait and require an immediate medical evaluation.
