Dr. José Francisco Salvador, specialist in Plastic Surgery of the Hospital Quirónsalud Torrevieja, organizes the second edition of the 'Reconstructive Flap Course', an introductory course to the basic concepts of plastic microsurgery. The 'Reconstructive Flap Course' will focus its learning on techniques of plastic reconstruction of head and neck, lower limb and pelvis, trunk, and will focus especially on the reconstruction of the abdomen.

The course will also involve Dr. José Antonio Robles, specialist in Plastic Surgery at the Hospital Quirónsalud Torrevieja and professor in the Department of Histology and Anatomy at the Miguel Hernández University.

The 'Reconstructive Flap Course' will have the assistance of international doctors Jaume Masià, coordinator with Dr. José Salvador of the 'Reconstructive Flap Course' and head of the Plastic Surgery Department of the Hospital of Santa Cruz and San Pablo (Barcelona); Claudio Angrigiani, head of Plastic Surgery at the Fiorito Hospital in Buenos Aires (Argentina); Nicolas Leymarie, Plastic Surgery consultant at Gustave Roussy Cancer Campus Grand in Paris (France) and T.C. Teo, Consultant in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at NHS Trust (England).

The course will be held between Thursday 11 and Saturday 13 April in the vicinity of the Faculty of Medicine of the Miguel Hernández University, located in San Juan de Alicante.
